Kids’ Day Out: আমাদের পাঠশালা

A day full of joy at Amader Pathshala campus , Mirpur

On a sunny March morning, I, Pooja and Sharif went to Amader Pathashala, a school for underpriviledged kids, to donate books to their coveted library. The aim was to get the students of Delhi public School of STS group to meet the kids and through the rendevous help both sides to understand how much we all need each other and be a part of humanity. The Delhi students had amusing introductions, taught art and even set up the library all on their own! And to top it all, they bought chocolates with their own money and shared them with everyone! But they weren’t the only ones who had all the fun. As usual we actioneers made some new friends and learnt again that same vital lesson- being there for the community!
