5th August’2010, Gaibandha

Workshop for Changemakers was also held in Gaibandha, to initiate change among the rural youth of the city.

On Aug 5, 2010, a vibrant group of Actioneers  conducted the workshop, where about 50 high school students from the surrounding villages and chars had participated.  Conducted in three sessions: ‘Education & Empowerment’, ‘Health & Hygiene’ and ‘Lifestyle Management’, this workshop ended with a clear and positive change among the students. They went back with certificates in their hands, but more importantly, their eyes were twinkling with strong determination for bringing positive change to their own lives and the lives of others.
